The Dobring district on the outskirts of Vienna is also a wine-producing region. The lecturer will be Austrian wine ambassador Sosuke Okada (owner of a long-established Japanese restaurant) who will introduce the history of this wine region and the surprising marriage between Japanese food and Austrian wine.
