Outdoor Tea Ceremony in English
Would you like to experience a traditional Japanese outdoor tea ceremony using an English interpreter?
Enjoy tea and seasonal Japanese sweets in the beautiful garden of the Former Kosaka Family Residence.
There will also be a tour of the residence.

May 18th, Saturday 13:00-15:00 (The reception will begin at 12:30)

※Notice: In the case of rain, the tea ceremony will be held in the tea room. Please bring clean white socks as it is customary.
Access
The nearest station is Futako-tamagawa on Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line or Oimachi Line.
From Futako-tamagawa station, take the Tokyu Bus to Tamagawa Byouin. It will be a 1 minute walk.
If you choose to travel on foot from Futako-tamagawa station, it will be a 20 minute walk.

Eligibility
Foreign residents above elementary school age who live, work, or attend school in Setagaya City.
Children of elementary school age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Admission for preschoolers is not possible.

Fee
500 yen per person. Pay in cash at the venue during the reception.
